The Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation in Dubai provided financial support of AED 1 million to the “Dubai Schools” project as part of a community partnership aimed at supporting the project, enhancing access to quality education, and enabling students to benefit from an advanced learning environment that contributes to preparing future generations.

The support aligns with Awqaf Dubai’s vision of strengthening the developmental role of endowments and directing endowment revenues toward sustainable educational initiatives that reinforce Dubai’s position as a leading hub for investment in people and knowledge.

Abdulla Mohammed Al Awar, CEO of the Knowledge Fund Establishment, said that this support represents a practical example of how community resources can be directed toward creating meaningful impact in education. He praised the initiative of the Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation in Dubai and its commitment to providing continuous support that reflects a deep understanding of the role of endowments in enabling and sustaining educational opportunities.

He added: “Through this collaboration, we are focused on expanding the tangible impact of the Dubai Schools project by providing a learning environment that supports students, responds to their aspirations, and offers them real opportunities for growth and development.

Our full attention remains dedicated to supporting students from Emirati families in a way that strengthens their educational stability and opens broader opportunities for their future.

This collaboration also aligns with the objectives of the Dubai Education Strategy 2033 by enhancing the quality of education and expanding access to it, supporting the development of a more efficient and sustainable educational ecosystem, and reinforcing investment in people as the key driver of development.”

Omar Juma Al Mazmi, Director of Endowment Management at the Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation in Dubai, affirmed that the foundation’s support for the “Dubai Schools” project reflects its firm commitment to contributing to the development of the education sector, based on the belief that education is the cornerstone of building prosperous societies and creating a more sustainable future.

He added that the foundation is committed to utilizing its endowment resources in initiatives that create a direct positive impact on society, noting that the partnership with the Knowledge Fund Establishment represents a model of constructive collaboration between national institutions to support the education sector and empower students to achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

He also noted that the foundation will continue supporting purposeful educational programs and projects in line with the vision of the UAE’s wise leadership to invest in people and enhance the competitiveness of the country’s educational ecosystem.
