Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Establishment has provided a financial contribution of AED 1.5 million to support the Dubai Schools project, with the aim of assisting Emirati students from low-income families enrolled in Dubai Schools and helping provide the educational support they need to continue their academic journey in a stable and nurturing learning environment.

The contribution reflects the Establishment’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and promoting equal access to learning opportunities, based on its belief that education is a fundamental pillar of sustainable development and a key driver for empowering future generations.

His excellency Saleh Zahir Al Mazrouei, Chief Executive Officer of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Establishment, emphasized that education remains one of the core pillars of the Establishment’s humanitarian and development initiatives. He noted that this contribution forms part of a broader portfolio of programs and projects aimed at supporting students, their families, and educational institutions across the UAE.

Al Mazrouei stated that the Establishment is committed to providing support to deserving students, helping ease the financial burden on families while enabling students to continue their education and achieve their academic aspirations. He added that investing in education is a direct investment in the future of the nation and its next generations.

He further highlighted the Establishment’s continued implementation of impactful educational initiatives, most notably the “Bil Ilm Nartaqi” (“Advancing Through Knowledge”) programme, launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and under the supervision of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The programme aims to support the educational sector and strengthen school and university learning environments.

The programme includes the provision of school supplies and educational resources, as well as equipping schools with learning technologies and audio-visual aids that contribute to enhancing educational environments and improving student outcomes.
